Life Travelled Well Incorporated is the data controller for personal information processed through this website and the sale of the e-book.

We may collect your name, email address, billing and transaction details, account information if you use seller access, download-link activity, messages you send us, and technical information such as IP address, browser, device, and basic usage data. Payment card details are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, rather than stored by us.

3. Guest-Ready Score and ChatGPT

Guest-Ready Score may be accessed through ChatGPT or other supported interfaces. When a user chooses to use Guest-Ready Score, information the user provides in response to the assessment questions may be transmitted to the Guest-Ready Score service so the requested score can be calculated and returned.

Guest-Ready Score is designed to request information about rental-property hospitality practices rather than sensitive personal information. Users should not submit passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, health information or other sensitive personal information through the assessment.

Information received through Guest-Ready Score is used only as necessary to provide the requested assessment, operate and secure the service, and improve its reliability where permitted by applicable law.

Guest-Ready Score may operate through third-party technology providers, including OpenAI, that process information according to their own applicable terms and privacy practices. Use of Guest-Ready Score is also subject to our Terms of Use.

4. How we use information

We use information to provide the website, Guest-Ready Score and e-book, process purchases, send receipts and download access, enforce download limits, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain security, improve the service, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We rely on contract performance for purchases, legitimate interests for security and service improvement, consent where required, and legal obligations where applicable.

5. Who receives information

We share information only as needed with service providers that help host the website, provide authentication, store files, deliver messages, support the service, or provide analytics. Paddle.com receives information necessary for payment processing, subscription or order management, tax compliance, invoicing, customer support, and refunds as Merchant of Record.
