Guest-Ready Score is a short hospitality assessment designed to help rental hosts understand how prepared their property is for paying guests.
How it works
The assessment asks 12 questions about important parts of the guest experience, including arrival, beds, bathrooms, kitchen readiness, lighting, temperature, Wi-Fi, cleanliness, restocking, communication, safety and local information.
Answer each question based on how the property currently operates. Guest-Ready Score will use those responses to provide a hospitality-readiness score.
Who it is for
Guest-Ready Score may be used by Airbnb hosts, short-term rental owners, vacation rental operators, cottage and cabin owners, furnished rental hosts and property managers.
