14-day guarantee on undownloaded copies

Life Travelled Well Incorporated offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for The Guest Before The Rest e-book, provided the book has not yet been downloaded. If you have not used your download link, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the order date.

Because this is a digital product delivered in full at the moment of download, once the book has been downloaded the sale is final and no refund is available. This policy does not limit any mandatory refund or consumer rights available under applicable law.

Digital delivery and downloads

Each purchase includes a digital download link delivered to the email address used at checkout. The link permits up to three downloads of the purchased book. If you lose the email, you can have the link sent again. Downloading the book at any point ends eligibility for a refund, as described above.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, visit paddle.net or use the customer-support details in your Paddle receipt. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for the order and processes approved returns and refunds. Please include the email address used for the purchase and your order details so the request can be located.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. The time for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider. This policy does not limit any mandatory refund, cancellation, or consumer rights available under applicable law.
